• Licenses – multi user license so MSTS can be installed on unlimited PCs within the current site at no additional cost and no additional licenses will be required.
  

It also includes a two day on site service visit where you will receive one to one tuition on:

• Installation – how to install the software onto your current IT equipment.
  
• System Setup – how to set up the system to your own preferences and assign privileges and passwords
• Asset Registering – how to initially build the asset register and then add to this at a later stage
• The System – your staff will be provided with support on how to begin using the system, the various system features and the reporting system.

AFTER SERVICE 

• Technical Manual - to ensure you are supported after the on site tuition there is also a technical manual included in the cost of the system which has step by step instructions for all levels of IT user. This will enable everyone in your organisation to fully utilise the features of MSTS.

• 12 Months Technical Support - if at any time while working with MSTS you need any help SentinelUK can support you. If we cannot resolve any issues over the telephone we will support with a free on site visit.

• 12 Months Free Software Updates - SentinelUK endeavour to continue to improve MSTS and when we make changes we want you to benefit from them to, so we will send you any updates free of charge for the first 12 months.
